This sub-module allows you to view all purchase transactions carried out. An icon that is color coded where ‘red’ means ‘undone’ and ‘green’ means ‘done’ to the right indicates the state of the purchase  if it’s been supplied only, posted only, supplied and posted or not supplied nor posted.  

This sub-module show all unfinished transactions. It also saves automatically unfinished purchases when buying from a vendor.

The system enables purchase searche within a specified date range, simplifying the retrieval of both past and recent purchases.
