Job Orders is one very useful module of swift cloud ERP for service-based Businesses. It enables you specify steps customers jobs/orders take from start to finish with a view of knowing which step in the process each job/order is at and also notifying the customer when the need arises.
To create a Job Order, you need to first create the various categories, to do that, click on categories and then create new. 
The job order steps also needs to be created, to that, click on order steps, create new and fill in all the necessary informations and save.
Job order colour could either be green or red, depending on what your organisation wants. To create a job order colour, click on order colours and create new.
