This module anables the admin and super admin users carry out tasks that others users are not authorised to. The activities can be categorized into setting up and user access management

This sub-module displays all company users and is a module that helps you to assign role to each user.

This module helps you to create and edit company information

This enables you to setup other branches for your company or subsidiaries. 

Subsidiaries are companies owned by same person but with different company name.

This enables you to create customized messages e.g birthday, new year, new month, Christmas or sallah messages.

This Module houses alot of essential features of swift.ng. Access should only be given to the Admin of the company as it deals with staff related settings, branch settings and enabling or disabling features of Swift.ng as a whole for the establishment.

This feature enables users edit company's profile (company details, company branch and assign roles to staffs in an organization).

With the menu sub-module, a user can disable, enable, edit and delete any module if need be.

With this feature, business owners/managers can view and monitor the details/activities of other branches.

Accomodation admin user can perform functions such as setting up room, categories, giving discount, etc. This applies to every role that has ''admin'' and 'user'(inventory, account, crm, lead)etc

The Account Admin role is assigned to the account manager, this roles enables user to carryout all Accounting related issues on Swift.ng. 

The Admin role is often issued to the business managers, this role enables the assigned user to control all modules exception of the Admin modules, controlled by the Super Admin 

This role works with the Case Management Module, the user is able to administrate all functions of the module.

Customer Admin role administrate all other Customer roles, this user has access to the CRM module.

The HR Admin role has access to the entire HR modules, the field on HR settings are filled in by this user.

The Inventory Admin has access to sub-modules on the inventory module. 

Inventory User: an inventory User can view and sell products and services, but can't make any modification on products and inventory settings. 

Lead Admin has access to the lead sub module and creation of Lead steps

Payroll Admin user enables user access to all sub-module on payroll module 

Project Admin enables user access all sub-modules on the project module 

This user is allowed to access property management as an admin without restrictions.

The Super Admin is designated to the Business owner. This role gives him/her access to control all modules and manages activities of all branches. 

Supplier Admin user has access to vendor sub-module. This role enables user to create vendor categories,

Navigation: Admin - New User

This helps to create new users that can use this software. You need to enter the user's email, password, phone number and role. After creating a user, you will need to do three things;

1. Add the user to the roles (Admin - Company Users + Add Users to Role)

2. Add User to branch(es) if you have multiple branches

3. Update the user's full details in HR + Team.
