The reservation module of swift.ng cloud ERP is created specifically for hotels and guest houses. It enables you manage all departments of your hotel seamlessly. It is made up of 2 components; on-site and off-site reservation.

This page allows one to view current guests which include guests who booked beforehand and those who have checked in. It displays details which include the guest room number, type of room, guest name and the duration of the guest stay.

This page simply shows a list of current guest(s) that are to check-out on current day.

This page offers a simple feature that allows one to search for the status and details on rooms within a predetermined period of time.

This sub-module is used to create different room categories based on the features and cost of these reservations for the guests. 

This page functions simply to setup discounts for room in the establishment. You simply click on 'Create New' and add a description and amount for the discount and click on Create

Clicking this links to a page with a ‘date’ search bar on top where one can generate a guest payment invoice based on the time period specified. The Details of the invoice include date, entered by, guest name, arrival, departure and amount.

Clicking this links to a page with a ‘date’ search bar on top where one can generate details of all guests that reserved a room in the establishment within a period of time. The details include Guest’s Name, Ref. Number, Phone Number, Arrival and Departure time e.t.c.

The Reservation settings is used to enable VAT and/or Service Charge, setup guest bill options, make a header, introductory text, footer and reservation policy for the establishment.
