We are super excited to introduce to you an update to the CRM module of our software. This update focuses on the Leads Generation sub-module, adding powerful new features to make managing and tracking leads much easier.

With this update, you can now search for leads based on industries and education. The system provides key details such as company names, phone numbers, addresses, and, in some cases, emails. You’ll also be able to:

Add notes about your conversations with leads

Transfer records to the “Qualified Leads” section

Place leads into a specific funnel step

These improvements are designed to help sales teams and users manage their leads without needing to leave the software.

Here’s how it works:

• Go to Leads
• Click on Lead Generator
• Use the search boxes (business type, location, unit)
• Click on the Generate Leads button

A list of search results will appear in a table showing company name, category, address, phone, website, email, and action columns. The Action column helps you verify emails — if an email is valid, a notification pops up saying “email found and saved”, and the email is instantly uploaded to the column. If not, you’ll see “no email found.”

• Click on any lead (company name) you’ve searched for. An interface will appear showing a yellow note box labeled “enriched (email added)” if the email has been updated.
• If you’ve had any conversations, simply write them in the note box, select the date, and click Add Note. You can also edit or delete notes if needed. Additionally, phone numbers and emails can be updated as new information becomes available.

The User Action section allows you to:

Add or update phone numbers and emails

Most importantly, just below the User Actions, you’ll see a blue link: “Added as Qualified Lead.” Clicking this will take you straight to the customer’s profile, where you can access everything related to that customer — from invoices to payment history and other essential information.
