This update provides details on the most recent feature enhancement to the Swift HR module—the AI Assistant. The purpose of this update is to help HR easily monitor, evaluate, and rate staff performance with greater efficiency and accuracy.

To access the AI Assistant, navigate to the HR module of Swift and, from the drop-down options, select AI Assistant. Once clicked, the system will direct you to a dedicated interface where you can filter task performance records by specifying a start date and end date in the filter boxes. After applying the filter, the system generates a comprehensive list of all staff along with their performance analysis within the selected period.

This feature allows HR to quickly assess each staff member at a glance, align their output with job descriptions, and rate their performance on a scale of 1 to 10. It is important to note that the results displayed are dependent on the filter or search period selected.

With the introduction of the AI Assistant, performance evaluation becomes more streamlined and transparent. HR can now access staff analytics in real time, compare performance against job roles, and assign ratings with ease—ensuring a more efficient and data-driven appraisal process.
